Shipping Policy

 

Availability and delivery

1. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receipt, and it should be with you within 2 to 10 working days of dispatch (Most European destinations 2 to 5 working days, non-European countries 4 to 10 working days approximately). UK weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days. Because we use a third-party delivery service, these times are estimates and not guarantees. However, please let us know if you do not receive your order in good time and we will look into the matter. Delivery times may be longer for certain products.
2. Where a product is out of stock, we will offer you a refund.
3. All descriptions, product images and weights are those of the original manufacture and are intended to give a general description of the goods. The weight to be shipped includes the weight of packaging for the goods.
4. Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and whilst representative of the product exact packaging detail may vary from time to time, subject to changes by the manufacturer. Equally, manufacturers occasionally change their recipes or item weight. Again, we strive to keep our pictures up to date, but we do only use them for illustrative purposes. You will always receive the current product available to us at the time of your order.
5. If purchasing chilled items, these will be delivered separately. You will be supplied with an estimated delivery date, and subsequently a tracking number which will enable you to access accurate details of the delivery progress and status of your parcel online. You agree that either yourself or another person will be in to accept delivery of chilled items, and that Joytaly cannot be held responsible for chilled goods that spoil as a result of nobody being available to take delivery of the goods.
6. If purchasing chilled items and a parcel should arrive damaged, the driver will give you a document reporting the damage and may ask to stay and witness you open the box to check the contents. In this scenario, you must report it to Joytaly immediately and send Joytaly a copy of the papers. If the driver does not provide you with this document detailing the damage, any damaged box should be refused at the door.

 

Flat rate shipping

1. We apply a standard shipping rate to all orders made within the UK and EU.
2. If you live in the UK, shipping costs a flat rate of €12.99.
3. If you live in the EU shipping costs a flat rate of €9.99.
4. Our logistics partner of choice is DHL for EU deliveries and Yodel for UK deliveries.
5. All our products are sourced in and shipped from Italy, sometimes quality comes at a cost.
6. Please allow 2/5 working days for Continental European deliveries.
7. As for the UK, due to Brexit, parcels must undergo customs clearance, which may add delays to the delivery of your order. In this case, please allow for 3/6 working days from the time your order is shipped.
7. We offer free shipping on all orders over £60 for the UK or €70 in the EU.

 

Refunds, Returns and Exchange

1. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@joytaly.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
2. If, for whatever reason, the courier is unable to deliver your order, the courier will nonetheless make 2 attempts at redelivery. If after 2 attempts the courier is unable to effect delivery, your order will be held at the nearest collection point where it can be collected in person.
3. If, after 5 days, the parcel has not been collected, it will be returned to sender.
4. In this case, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund and any outstanding funds will be reimbursed.

Risk and Title

1. The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
2. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
